The agreement
Terms of Use
The practical rules for using Stokera, including accounts, AI learning content, and paid plans.
Effective August 15, 2026
Agreement and eligibility
These Terms govern your use of Stokera. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them and to the Privacy Policy. You must be at least 13 and able to form a binding agreement where you live. If you use Stokera for an organization, you represent that you can bind that organization.
The learning service
Stokera creates structured curricula, lessons, quizzes, reviews, and audio guides. Features can be experimental, change over time, or be unavailable while we maintain or improve the service.
AI-generated content can be incomplete, outdated, or wrong. Stokera is a learning aid, not medical, legal, financial, safety, or other professional advice. Verify important information with qualified sources before relying on it.
Accounts and acceptable use
You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping sign-in links and codes private. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
You may not abuse, disrupt, reverse engineer, scrape at unreasonable volume, probe security, bypass quotas or access controls, upload unlawful or infringing material, impersonate others, or use Stokera to harm people or systems. We may limit or suspend access to protect the service or enforce these Terms.
Content and licenses
You keep ownership of content you submit. You grant Stokera a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, process, reproduce, and transform that content only as needed to operate, secure, and improve the service.
Stokera and its licensors own the service, software, brand, design, and supplied content. Subject to these Terms, you receive a limited, personal, revocable, non-transferable right to use the service.
Free use, paid plans, and cancellation
Free and paid plans can include generation or audio limits described at purchase. Paid subscriptions renew at the stated billing interval until canceled. Taxes may apply. Stripe processes payments and may store your payment method.
You can cancel through the billing portal before the next renewal. Unless required by law or stated at purchase, charges already paid are non-refundable. We may change future pricing or plan limits with advance notice; changes do not retroactively alter a completed billing period.
Disclaimers and liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Stokera is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, or uninterrupted availability.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Stokera and its suppliers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or lost data, profits, goodwill, or opportunities. Stokera's total liability for claims relating to the service will not exceed the greater of US $100 or the amount you paid Stokera in the 12 months before the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow all of these limits.
Termination, changes, and contact
You may stop using Stokera at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, unlawful use, risk to the service or others, or discontinuation. Provisions that logically survive termination will remain in effect.
We may update these Terms and will post the new effective date. Material changes may also be communicated in the product or by email. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
