Support
How Stokera works, what to do when it does not, and how to reach a person.

Get in touch
Email support@stokera.ai. That is the fastest route for anything wrong with your account, a lesson, a quiz, a subscription, or a charge. A message that includes the email you signed in with and the topic or lesson you were on saves a round trip.
You can also ask in the Stokera Discord, which is the better place for questions about how to use the product.
Other routes and what each one is for are listed on the contact page.
Signing in
Stokera has no passwords. On iPhone, the quickest way in is Continue with Apple. Otherwise, enter your email address and we send a message containing both a sign-in link and a six-digit code.
If the link opens in a different browser than the one you started in, the sign-in will not complete. Type the six-digit code into the original screen instead — it is in the same email, and it works everywhere the link does.
If no email arrives within a couple of minutes, check spam, then request a new code. The codes expire, so always use the most recent one.
Generating and reading a curriculum
Type a topic and Stokera asks a few short questions — the angle you want, how deep to go, where to start — then shows you the proposed map before it builds anything. Building takes roughly a minute.
A curriculum is a graph, not a list. Prerequisites are a hint, not a gate: a lesson you have not unlocked appears dimmed with a lock badge and still opens if you tap it.
Lesson pages are written on first open and then cached, so the next person to study the same topic gets them instantly. A lesson finishes when you pass its quiz at 70% or better, which is also what earns XP.
Review and retention
Every quiz question you meet becomes a spaced-repetition card scheduled with FSRS. The Review tab shows what is due; you can also review a single topic you choose rather than the whole due pile.
Reviewing is the half of the product that makes the reading stick. If cards are not appearing, check that you passed the quiz — reading a lesson alone does not create cards or award XP.
Audio guides
Any ready curriculum can be listened to. Each lesson becomes a narrated chapter, playable on its own or as prerequisite-ordered playback of the whole curriculum, with optional quiz checkpoints between chapters. Playback continues with the screen locked.
Listening never completes a lesson or awards XP on its own. Only passing the quiz does that.
Reporting something wrong in a lesson
Lessons are generated, then checked by a second model against Wikipedia and web search. Each lesson can show the sources behind it, and anything that could not be verified says so rather than hiding it.
That process is not perfect. If you find something inaccurate, email support@stokera.ai with the curriculum title and the lesson name and we will look at it.
Plans, billing, and cancelling
Explore is free and includes 3 generated curricula and 1 audio guide as lifetime allowances. Learn is a paid monthly plan with 100 generated curricula and 20 audio guides per billing period. Curricula you already have, saved progress, and review stay available on every plan.
A generated curriculum counts against your allowance only once its map is ready to save. An audio guide counts the first time you open audio for that curriculum.
If you subscribed on the web, cancel or update payment details through the billing portal linked from the plan screen. If you subscribed inside the iPhone app, Apple handles the subscription: open the Settings app, tap your name, then Subscriptions. Stokera cannot cancel or refund an Apple subscription on your behalf.
Deleting your account
In the iPhone app, open Settings and choose Delete account. You will be asked to confirm, and the deletion is permanent.
Deleting removes your progress, XP history, review cards and their history, quiz attempts, saved curricula, share links, and subscription records. If you signed in with Apple, we also revoke the app's access so it stops appearing under your Apple ID. There is no undo and no export afterwards.
If you cannot reach the app, email privacy@stokera.ai from the address on the account and we will handle it.
What Stokera needs to run
Stokera needs an internet connection. There is no offline mode: lessons, quizzes, review, and audio all talk to the server, so a dropped connection mid-session is the usual cause of a screen that will not advance. Reconnect and reopen the lesson.
The app is built for phones in portrait. On the web it also runs in a mobile browser and can be installed to the iOS home screen.
